Our weekly Unity Run welcomes athletes, runners and walkers of all abilities and backgrounds. We bring together members from the Sacramento running community and running groups, such as Black Men Run and Corremos Sacramento.
The Unity Run is an out-and back route along the American River Parkway, with each person selecting a distance based on their comfort level and goals.
Meet up location: Fair Oaks or Auburn
Summer hours begin July 1, 2026:
Fair Oaks, Thursday evenings: 7:00 pm: 3-5 miles
Fair Oaks, Saturday mornings: 7:30 am: 3-12 miles or more
